It wasn’t until I went to university that I reconnected with other Greek kids. And at that point I met a number of people who were involved in EPNA which was a Greek progressive youth association here at Melbourne University and then I got involved with Demokritos, which was a Greek left organisation and through that I did quite a bit of radio work on 3CR and 3ZZZ, with some of these groups and involved in a little bit of the political and cultural events that these organisations were engaged in.
